Bill was the Republican nominee for Congress, taking on a three-term Democratic incumbent in New Jersey’s 12th District in 2004. Highlights of the campaign included his walking 200 miles through all 44 towns in the district, knocking on 16,000 doors and beating expectations as the top Republican challenger in New Jersey Bill was ranked 17th out of 157 GOP challengers nationwide by earning 40% of the vote with more than 115,000 votes.

Following Bill’s 2004 campaign, he served as a surrogate speaker for the Republican nominee for Governor in 2005; nominee for the United States Senate in 2006 and for Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s presidential campaign.

Since 1996, Bill has worked in the real estate industry, currently as Vice-President of Education and Career Development for Weichert, Realtors. He joined Weichert in 1999 to head up a new corporate recruiting division. His professional credentials include being a licensed real estate broker in NJ, PA, MA, CT and MD. He’s a licensed and certified real estate instructor in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is an active member of his local community serving as a Trustee for the Princeton Battlefield Society and as a member of the Spirit of Princeton Committee.

Prior to starting his real estate career, he served as a strategic advisor and fund-raiser for several national and local campaigns. He also served as the elected National Chairman of the College Republican National Committee from 1993 to 1995 and National Youth Director for President Bush’s re-election campaign in 1992. Bill has been featured in the New York Times and Washington Post and has appeared on several national television shows including, NBC’s Today Show, CNN’s Talkback Live and Politically Incorrect and numerous local stations and newspapers.

He has a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps Reserves in March 1999 after serving for eight years. Bill, his wife Jodi, and their two children reside in Princeton, New Jersey.
